Live Sound Productions
The Sound Generation pride
themselves in their experience and ability at staging successful live shows for
musical performances, from jazz to rock shows and theatre productions, with full
back line and on stage monitor mixing capabilities where required.
The Sound Generation has
their own Allen & Heath, JBL and EV based in-house PA system for shows up to 20
kW. For larger shows, additional appropriate systems are brought in from our
network companies and business associates.
We also supply in-house
lighting systems suitable for all kinds of functions, from staging of small
shows to complex lighting of large stages for events attended by up to 5000
people.
All productions are
treated with the same diligence and care no matter whether it is a small show in
a school hall or a massive outdoor rock concert. They get the same treatment.

Corporate Events
As a spin off of live
sound events, we also do corporate events, whether that incorporates a live show
element or not. Lighting, staging and associated functions are all within our
capabilities as a one-stop-shop or we will be glad to be contracted to do just
sound or lighting as the need may be.
Sporting Events
We have also done sound
and PA systems for company team building events, sports events, such as air
shows, inflatable boat racing meetings etc, on a regular basis and would be glad
to discuss your requirement with you.
Consulting & Installations
As a dealer of a number of
reputable brands of sound and lighting equipment, we also do consulting and
installations for conference venues, function halls, concert theatres etc. Our
in-house sound engineer is well qualified with a National diploma in electronic
engineering and around 20 years experience is amplifier design and sound system
design and operation. This expertise is at your disposal when planning your
sound requirements.
Sales
The Sound Generation has
used the last year to forge new alliances with a host of reputable suppliers and
importers of premium as well as budget audio and lighting equipment. Based on
our experience and working knowledge of audio and lighting equipment, we now are
able to provide items for sale to the public from a wide variety of brands.

items come with a supplier-backed warranty and we offer a good after sales
service, free advice and technical assistance.
Do It yourself – DIY Home Parties
Last, but not least, we
have sets of specific lighting, sound and other equipment that is easy to use
and at affordable rates, especially geared for the do it yourself home party and
small private function. This is ideal for a 21st or teen-age birthday
bash or any other small private function within the average persons ability to
operate and at rates that won’t break the bank.
